Returns and refunds

Damaged or wrong items

If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email contact@akadimya.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Lost in transit

If your order does not arrive within the delivery time shown at checkout, contact us and we will reship or refund.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped yet can be cancelled and refunded in full.
